Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy & Prevention

Following the current guidelines from the Government and the World Health Organisation we are implementing the below policy with immediate effect to safeguard our community, reduce risk to our employees and ensure business continuity.

Visitors / Contractors

No visitors are to attend the office until further notice. If an unavoidable situation occurs and a visitor must attend the office, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Travel & Health Declaration Form must be completed and returned to the office prior to the visit. The form must then be checked & the visit approved by a Senior Member of Management. Anyone who has traveled from the specified countries within the last 2 weeks will not be authorised to visit until at least 14 days after their return date.

Travel

No international travel is to be carried out for any business purposes until further notice.

Anyone returning from any overseas travels must self-isolate for 14 days, following the NHS guidelines: https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/self-isolation-advice/

Illness

If suffering from any of the following symptoms: Flu or cold like symptoms, cough, high fever, shortness of breath or difficulty in breathing; are to contact NHS 111 for advice before attending the office for work. If anyone has any concerns or is unable to attend work, they are to contact their line manager immediately.

Visiting Sites within the UK

Only if absolutely business critical should any employees visit customers or facilities within the UK. If doing so they should follow the company procedures & refrain from any direct contact such as hand shaking until further notice.

Service Providers Compliance

All service providers who are responsible for the delivery of goods to our customers have been contacted. The details of their Coronavirus Policy / Controls have been assessed and are in line with the points set out in our policy document.
