Sterling has hit lows not seen since 2010, due to general uncertainty over the UK’s exposure to the various political and economic uncertainties in the world, coupled with a further delay in an increase in interest rates. The troubles in China, Brexit, and declining oil and commodity prices lead to huge uncertainty. In the Euro zone, failure to extend QE has led to a strengthening of the Euro.
